The foundation of Geotechnical Consultants Inc. (GCI) was laid in 1979 on the principles of quality work, honest fees, exceptional service and providing clients with solid value for their money.
Over the past 45 years, GCI has grown from a traditional soils and foundation engineering company to a diversified full-service geotechnical engineering, environmental consulting, and construction materials engineering and testing services firm serving clients throughout the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic regions.
GCI owns and operates its own fleet of drill rigs with soil and rock sampling capabilities and a fully equipped laboratory to test soil, concrete, mortar, grout and asphalt for in-house projects and outside clients. GCI’s ability to manage the equipment and lab schedule helps control project costs and prevent costly project delays.
